During evPulse registration, you'll have the option to enroll in one or more of Delmarva Power's EVsmart® programs:
Residential Charger Rebate
Program enrollment submission concluded October 1, 2023, and the annual program incentive of a $50 gift card will be distributed to eligible customers in December 2023. The program concludes on December 31, 2023. Learn more about Delmarva's other EV programs you may be eligible for here.
Smart Charge Management Program
Tesla drivers with a home charger can earn a $10 monthly incentive for charging at least 50% of the time during "smart times." You will receive this rebate in the form of an electronic gift card delivered to the email address provided to enroll in the program.
